French Teacher

– Prepare some content to teach in the french courses of our institution in Hong Kong. We follow books to teach French as a foreign language, but lesson materials to complement the lessons are needed.
– Teaching French as a Foreign Language to local students. The french classes are in a small group of 3-4 students per class and they are also taught in private basis.
– The French courses compromise all ages and levels, from toddlers, kids, teenagers and adults, however teachers can specialise in one age group if they prefer to do so. There are also exam oriented French lessons for teenagers.
– Development of tools for educational content.
– Attending training relevant to tutoring French as a Foreign language. Joining meetings with our program coordinator and sharing pedagogical experiences.
– Candidates must be able to communicate well in English in order to be considered for this post, as many of the students are total beginners.

The French Teachers Association of Hong Kong (香港法國教師協會) is a well established organisation. One of its functions is to teach french to the local community through French courses for small groups of 3-4 people. All the teachers are qualified and native. We are a community of 20 french teachers.

– Any bachelor degree
– Any teacher training certificate.
– Preferably 1 year of teaching experience or above.
